Refund Policy

We issue refunds for the purchases within 24 hours of the original purchase of the packages.

Refund process time: 6-8 days

A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.The refund policy for each product can be different so make sure to check the respective refund policy page while making payment.

Cancellation for all the products will be accepted till 24 hours only.The company should be notified within 24 hours for cancellation.
Exceptions to the above rule are valid only in case of medical emergencies

NOTE: Refund requests for all the high ticket programs (DBT Elite & DBT Tycoons) are accepted until 24 hours from the original purchase and after that no refund requests will be accepted. However, the original guarantee given with the program will still be applicable.
