Refund Policy
We issue refunds for purchases within 12/24 hours of the original purchase of the packages.
Refund Process Time: 5–10 business days
A payment gateway fee of 5% and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The refund policy for each product may differ, so please ensure you review the respective refund policy page before making any payment.
To initiate a refund, you must email [email protected] from your registered email ID in the following format:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Registration Date
- Screenshot of Payment Invoice with Date and Time
- Reason for Refund
Refund requests will not be accepted without all the above-mentioned details. All refund requests must be sent only to [email protected].
Cancellation for all products will be accepted only within 24 hours of the original purchase.
3-Day Challenges Refund Policy
Refunds for our short-format 3-Day Challenge Programs are subject to strict conditions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Participants must attend all 3 live sessions.
- Participants must complete and submit all assigned tasks within the specified timeframe.
- The refund request must be submitted within 12 hours of the event's completion.
Ineligible for Refund:
- Participants who do not attend all 3 days live.
- Participants who skip assignments or submit incomplete work.
- Participants who submit the refund request after the specified period.
- Cashback eligibility is valid only for the original batch of enrollment.
Flagship Mentorship Programs — DBT Elite, Accelerator & Tycoon
- Fixed Tenure & No Extensions.
- Weekly Live Sessions — minimum 75% live attendance is mandatory.
- Learning Resources via the learning app.
- Dedicated Business Coach for the duration of the program.
